Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer-oriented Accounts Administrator, to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD

  • TS / SCI w / Full Scope Polygraph (existing clearance required to start)

LOCATION

  • Annapolis Junction, MD

    • SCHEDULE

  • Sunday-Thursday 7am-3pm

    • OVERVIEW

  • Resolves technical requests from self-service tickets in support of internal and / or external customers
  • Creates, deletes, and modifies customer accounts
  • Maintains and updates records and tracking databases
  • Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns
  • Works effectively as a team player with the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Possesses strong multitasking, communication, and customer service skills

    • QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED with 15 years of IT-related work experience OR bachelor's degree with 10 years of IT-related work experience
  • Proficiency in :

    • Customer service

  • Data entry
  • Microsoft Office
  • Windows operating systems
  • Must meet DoD 8570 IAT Level 1 certification requirements (e.g., CompTIA A CE, CompTIA Network CE)

    • NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with : Active Directory & ServiceNow Ticketing System
