Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer-oriented Security Education Training Awareness Training Officer, to join our team in Springfield, VA.
CLEARANCE
Active TS / SCI clearance (existing clearance required to start)
Ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph
LOCATION
Springfield, VA
OVERVIEW
The Security Education Training Awareness (SETA) Officer is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for the development, facilitation, and implementation of a multi-disciplinary security training and awareness curriculum for SCI programs.
Requires excellent writing and speaking skills, creativity, sound judgment, and initiative.
Onsite work is required due to the classified nature and location of the program.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School / GED with 8 years experience, Master’s degree with 2 years experience, Bachelor’s degree with 3 years experience, or Associate’s degree with 6 years experience
Experience in creating a security training program for a large program office
Experience in creating recurring schedules
Experience conducting briefs to large audiences
Experience tracking training certificates and updating training records
Working knowledge of DODM 5200.01 Vol.1-3
Working knowledge of ICD 700 and 703
Working knowledge of E.O. 13526
Familiarity with 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM
At least 3 years experience building briefs using the Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Training Curriculums
NICE TO HAVE
Ability to balance policy requirements with program mission and timelines
Ability to develop Annual Program Security and SCI Refresher Training
Knowledge of DoD and IC training requirements and ability to implement them seamlessly
Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills
Familiarity with DODM 5205.07, Vol. 1-4
Familiarity with ICS 703-01
