Responsibilities
Customer Interaction : Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Policy Advice : Offer tailored insurance advice and solutions to meet the individual needs of each client.
Plan Customization : Assist clients in customizing their insurance policies for optimal coverage.
Sales Support : Cross-sell additional insurance products where applicable to enhance client satisfaction.
Follow-Up : Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Knowledge Update : Stay informed about the latest industry trends and policy changes to offer informative advice.
Requirements
Licensing : Must possess or be willing to obtain an insurance advisory license applicable to Florida.
Experience : Previous experience in customer service or insurance advisory roles preferred.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Interpersonal Skills : Strong ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
Organized : Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client inquiries efficiently.
Technology Skills : Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Availability : Must be available to work a flexible schedule in a hybrid remote setting, with the ability to commute to Lake Mary, Florida as required.
