Seaplane Title, LLC is looking for an energetic and self-motivated person to be the administrative force behind our closings.

The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who has excellent communication skills to serve as the eyes and ears of the office, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests.
Provide coverage by answering phones, greeting guests, managing incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, and maintaining an organized, clean office environment.
Open files on all incoming residential and commercial real estate contracts, which will include data entry into real estate software; and obtain necessary information from all parties, including, Sellers Buyers and Realtors.
Assist Closing staff with ordering titlework, lien searches, loan payoffs and HOA estoppels and disbursals.
Handle post-closing items, including preparation and submission of Policies, as well as monitoring escrow accounts and payables.
Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office. A knowledge of E-Closing and Quicken is preferred.
Salary commensurate to experience.
