Guest Relations -Supervisor (Salon/Spa)
Seaport Salon & Spa is seeking a team-oriented Supervisor to support our team and bring fresh leadership ideas. We would love for you to join our team culture and commitment to providing a elevated guest experience.
Duties Include:
- Supports team and department management.
- Works directly with leadership to ensure company standards and goals are met.
- Continues to grow culture and a positive work environment for our artists/team and guests.
- Supervise Guest Relations Department, assist with guests check in/out, appointments/payment, but also our chance to connect with the guest, ensure they had a great time, and thank them for choosing Seaport.
- Fills in for General Manager as assigned.
- Sets department sale goals.
- Prepares orders, receives, and processes inventory.
- Participates in regularly scheduled salon meetings, cross-training opportunities, and Advanced Trainings
- Welcoming guest environment & assisting management professionally with uncomfortable more complex guest situations.
- Experience mentoring employees
- Multi-tasking skills, goal setting and execute tasks efficiently.
- A willingness to be a team-player, open schedule availability including evenings/weekends.
- Schedules for department staffing
- Event coordinating on site & off
- Other duties as assigned and/or required.
Must be always willing to step in to assist with company operational processes and housekeeping tasks. Previous successful management experience or lead role in a fast-paced, guest-oriented environment (salon/spa specific experience is a plus!)

Compensation Includes:
- Hourly $20-21 per hour.
