Recruiter Sales & Corporate Hiring
Location : Chicago Metro Area (Multi-Site)
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000

Search Made Easy is working with a growing medical technology company looking for a full-cycle recruiter to focus on outside sales hiring , with some support for corporate roles. This role is fully on-site, requiring time at either Suburban or West-Loop locations, with occasional / rare travel to meet hiring managers and attend key company events.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting Manage sourcing, screening, and hiring for outside sales and corporate roles.
Strategic Sourcing Use LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and direct outreach to build a high-quality pipeline .
Hiring Manager Collaboration Partner with sales leadership and department heads to streamline hiring.
Candidate Management Engage both passive and active talent, ensuring a smooth experience.
Data-Driven Hiring Track key recruitment metrics, focusing on time-to-fill and quality of hire .
Qualifications
2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency background preferred).
Ability to manage high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
Strong sourcing, relationship management, and closing skills .
Comfortable working on-site and traveling between locations as needed ( 5% travel ).
Proficiency with ATS platforms ( Coats or similar preferred ).
