Recruiter Sales & Corporate Hiring
Location : Chicago Metro Area (Multi-Site / Hybrid)
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000

Search Made Easy is working with a growing organization in the medical technology space who is looking for a Recruiter to support hiring efforts across sales, corporate, and operational functions. This role requires a high-energy talent acquisition professional who can source, engage, and hire top-tier candidates while ensuring a seamless hiring experience. The recruiter will be expected to split time between two office locations in the Chicago area.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Own the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding for sales and corporate roles.
- Strategic Sourcing Identify and attract high-caliber candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and direct outreach.
- Candidate Engagement Build relationships with passive and active candidates, ensuring a strong pipeline for current and future roles.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs, define job profiles, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Process Improvement Enhance recruitment workflows, streamline candidate experience, and improve time-to-hire.
- Employer Branding Promote the companys hiring initiatives through strategic outreach and recruitment marketing.
- Data-Driven Hiring Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, retention) to refine processes and drive hiring efficiency.
