Job Description

·         Will oversee 5 direct reports and 60 indirect for a B2B e-commerce distribution company

·         Will drive business growth, KPI, metrics, and processes for two locations

Key Requirements 

·         E-commerce background out of distribution

·         C.O.O, VP or Sr. Director experience

·         Experience with a 50 million P&L

·         International (India) experience is a huge plus

·         Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering is preferred but will accept other degrees plus MBA
