Job Description

  • Responsible for leading the pre- construction / estimating team, overseeing bid package development and ensuring accurate cost estimates
  • Will support team members, review submissions and approve final estimates for client consideration
  • Will manage 2 estimators and 2 estimating coordinates as well as manage sub-contractor hard bids, and CSI codes

  • 7 years of experience
  • Commercial properties (interior renovations) background
