Job Description
- Responsible for overseeing 12 direct reports in a union stamping environment
- Will schedule service, repairs and preventative maintenance using MaintainX (CMMS)
- Will be hands-on with coaching and training
Key Requirements
- 3 years of maintenance leadership experience
- Stamping or weld/fab experience is highly preferred
