Job Overview :
Search Solution Group is seeking a Contract Recruiter on behalf of our client, a vibrant, not-for-profit, charitable community serving seniors. The Contract Recruiter will play a key role in identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top talent to meet the staffing needs of our client. This role is critical to ensuring the organization is equipped with a skilled and compassionate workforce to support their mission of enhancing the lives of seniors.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for a variety of roles within the senior living community.
Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and coordinate with hiring managers to fill open positions.
Ensure job descriptions are clear, up-to-date, and effectively communicate role expectations.
Manage the candidate pipeline, maintain accurate records, and track recruitment metrics.
Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and strategic objectives.
Assist in the development and execution of recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to hiring and recruitment.
Coordinate pre-employment screenings, background checks, and offer letters.
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Requirements Include :
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Experience :
At least 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, senior living, or non-profit sectors.
Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Skills :
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment efforts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Certifications :
SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus but not required. Knowledge :
Understanding of senior living or healthcare industry recruitment needs is highly desirable.
Knowledge of labor laws, equal employment opportunity regulations, and best practices for hiring. Key Competencies :
