This is a temporary/contract role estimated to be a 6-month term.

The Corporate Recruiter will support all staffing and recruitment efforts for roles related to Corporate and US&C Operations. This role is responsible for the full recruitment cycle across functions such as Operations, Sales, HR, Legal, Finance, IT, and more.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to secure and meet required staffing needs in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with HR leaders and hiring managers to develop tailored sourcing strategies that meet team-specific needs.
  • Proactively source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Maintain job requisitions and job postings in the applicant tracking system iCIMS.
  • Review resumes to identify top candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess fit and qualifications.
  • Schedule interviews and debrief meetings with hiring managers and other key stakeholders.
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process and managing expectations.
  • Extend offers and close candidates, ensuring alignment with their career goals and our company vision.
  • Work with local HR to transition candidates who will move from the offer stage to the onboarding process.
  • Drive multiple concurrent recruitment processes efficiently, meeting key hiring goals and deadlines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • 5 or more years of recruiting experience.
  • Experience working with various levels of leadership from individual contributors to senior leadership.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience with iCIMS (ATS), preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and on a team.
  • Demonstrates planning and organization skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional maturity, self-awareness, sound judgment and a high level of discretion and integrity.
  • Must have the ability to be solution focused and results oriented.
  • Positive attitude, flexible and able to independently manage projects and workload in a fast-paced environment.
