About the Role : Reporting to the Recruiting Manager, this role will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on sourcing highly skilled, hard-to-find talent for niche roles across multiple brands. The right candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, understands recruitment strategy and process optimization, and is eager to bring innovative, resourceful approaches to hiring.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including technical, sales, and leadership positions.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines, particularly for high-demand roles (e.g., service technicians, sales professionals, and specialized technical positions).
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
- Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging talent market data to guide hiring decisions.
- Reduce reliance on third-party agencies by implementing innovative sourcing techniques and direct engagement strategies.
- Manage multiple requisitions efficiently, maintaining a high level of responsiveness and quality.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, including pay transparency regulations.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and help shape recruitment best practices.
