Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, interview, and hire top talent for various business functions, including technical, sales, marketing, operations, and more.
- Strategic Talent Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand staffing needs and align recruiting efforts with business goals.
- Versatile Recruiting Expertise: Support multiple teams across the organization—ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Utilize job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and proactive sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality) to continuously improve hiring efficiency.
- Industry Awareness: Stay current on market trends, competitor hiring strategies, and industry best practices to attract top-tier candidates.
- Exceptional Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate receives timely, professional, and informative communication throughout the hiring process.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of recruiting experience – a mix of corporate and agency staffing preferred. Experience recruiting across multiple disciplines – flexibility to support various teams within the organization.
- Strong corporate recruiting experience, ideally within large organizations, especially in CPG, distribution, or manufacturing industries.
- Ability to manage high-volume recruiting and multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media sourcing.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.

$75,000 - $85,000 Base Benefits Annual Bonus Potential
Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite M-F with 1-day remote flexibility)
