We are seeking a Contract Corporate Recruiter to manage the full cycle recruiting process and support our hiring needs. This role will involve sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates while collaborating with hiring managers to ensure seamless recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both corporate and agency recruiting, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Utilize job boards, databases, networking, and direct outreach to identify top talent.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate interview processes.
- Assist in salary negotiations and offer discussions in alignment with company guidelines.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
- Provide professional support and recruitment expertise to leadership teams.
- Ensure recruiting efforts align with company compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies.
- Manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a mix of corporate and agency experience.
- Strong sourcing skills, including experience with LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
