Job Overview :
Search Solution Group is seeking a Project Manager on behalf of our client, a company that provides data-driven, insight-led solutions in the areas of people, risk, and capital to enhance organizational resilience, motivate workforces, and maximize performance. The Project Manager will take full ownership of one or more workstreams within the F2A Transformation Program, ensuring successful execution across multiple sub-workstreams and dependencies. This role demands a take-charge, detail-driven leader who thrives on structure and precision. The Project Manager will be instrumental in driving the success of the workstream, proactively managing deliverables, tracking progress, and mitigating risks to meet transformation objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and drive the execution of assigned workstream(s), ensuring all sub-workstreams stay on track.
- Micro-manage deliverables, dependencies, and risks to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and accountability matrices to manage every aspect of execution.
- Act as the single point of contact for all stakeholders within the workstream, enforcing alignment and accountability.
- Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate risks that could impact timelines or outcomes.
- Ensure that all deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with transformation objectives.
- Provide clear, concise, and structured reporting to the Program Lead, highlighting progress, roadblocks, and financial considerations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration between business, operations, and technology.
- Manage project deliverables within scope and budget and track benefit realization with the workstream leads.
- Drive high-quality project governance, risk, and issue management.
- Lead the Working Groups and collaborate with the Programme Lead to mitigate risks and issues.
- Coordinate internal resources, on and offshore, for the execution of the project delivery plans.
- Drive and execute the communication plans for the project.
- Manage project change requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Maintain an obsessive focus on execution, ensuring workstream objectives are met with precision and urgency.
