Job Overview :
The Sales Director, on behalf of our client, plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding the organization's market presence in the flexible packaging industry. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team. The Sales Director serves as a key liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the flexible packaging market.
Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team, setting clear goals and providing guidance to achieve targets.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote products and services. Requirements Include :
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience :
Minimum of 7 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of success in the flexible packaging or related industry. Skills :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
