Job Overview :
Search Solution Group is seeking a Sr. Applications Support Specialist on behalf of our client, a manufacturing company specializing in custom-engineered plastic films. This role is critical in supporting the organization's IT infrastructure and end users, focusing on Microsoft Azure, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and cyber security. The Sr. Applications Support Specialist will ensure optimal system performance, data-driven decision-making, and robust cybersecurity measures.
Key Responsibilities :
- Systems Administration : Manage and maintain Microsoft Azure environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Data Analytics and Reporting : Assist with the development of dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business decision-making.
- Application Development : Create and manage applications using Power Apps and automate workflows with Power Automate.
- User Support : Provide end-user support for Microsoft Office and other general IT issues in a manufacturing environment, resolving complex technical problems.
- Directory Services : Administer Active Directory, including user account management, group policies, and security settings.
- Cyber Security : Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect against threats and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaboration : Work closely with IT team members and departments to support various IT projects and initiatives.
- Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of systems, processes, and procedures.
