Job Overview :
Search Solution Group is seeking a Procurement Temp on behalf of our client, a leader in automating invoice and payment processes for mid-market businesses. This role is crucial in supporting the procurement team with key tasks such as managing renewals, building new workflows in Gatekeeper, and handling heavy Excel work. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and the ability to effectively communicate with executive leadership while prioritizing tasks and ensuring the smooth integration of procurement processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage procurement renewals and other foundational tasks.
- Build new workflows in Gatekeeper for the procurement department.
- Work with Excel on a daily basis to process and manage data (advanced skills preferred, but no need for pivot tables or V-lookups).
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Work closely with executive leadership to understand procurement needs and provide regular updates.
- Ensure that procurement processes are integrated across the organization, understanding how each task fits into the larger strategy.
- Communicate effectively across teams to address procurement-related issues.
- Support the overall optimization of procurement workflows and systems.
