We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations / Executive Assistant to serve as a respected assistant partner and proxy for the CEO in daily operations of 8 different companies.

About the Role:
This role will play a vital role in supporting the CEO with administrative, operational, and project-based tasks while working closely with other Senior Leadership Members. This position requires a proactive self confident professional who can handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
You will be a critical partner to the leadership team, helping to streamline communication, manage projects, and contribute to key presentations and reports that drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compose and prepare routine correspondence, reports, and other documents for executive signature.
- Assist in the development of presentations and ad hoc reporting.
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules; coordinate inter-office meetings and serve as a liaison between executives and staff.
- Arrange and coordinate complex travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and event registrations.
- Attend meetings as needed to provide support, furnish information, and take detailed notes.
- Serve as a key communication point between executives and internal staff, ensuring directives and updates are effectively communicated and executed.
- Support project management efforts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve key operational goals.
- Develop and deliver reports, manage expense reporting, and provide administrative assistance for special projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support executive operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 2 years of experience supporting Executive Officers with a minimum of 6 years of overall Operations Management and business experience.
- Prior experience working for a fast-growing organization with less than 100 employees preferred
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
- Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with superb organizational and follow-through abilities.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with presentation development.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
- A confident, resourceful, and proactive attitude with a solutions-oriented mindset.

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
