Actively seeking a Full Cycle Campus Recruitment & Administrative Coordinator for a HYBRID and Full-Time Position. The position is great for a candidate who has prior Consulting and Tech recruitment experience, with a desire to also take on Adminstrative tasks like onboarding and coordinating company events. This role is primarily a recruiting role, so preferences for strong recruitment backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
HOURS: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID
PAY: $85 - $125K (Commensurate w/Overall Experience) Discretionary Bonus

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED
- 2 Years of Consulting / Tech Full Cycle Recruitment Experience REQUIRED
- High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Word is REQUIRED
- Experienced in ATS Systems, like Jazz, Bullhorn, etc. is PREFERRED

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruiting (Primarily)
- Lead and manage talent acquisition program, including the campus recruiting program
- Manage lateral hiring
- Oversee the candidate screening process, including application reviews and screening calls
- Manage communications with external recruiters regarding hiring needs
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
Administrative (25%)
- Plan and manage social event calendar
- Handle administrative tasks (travel and event planning, contact organization, sending event invites, etc).
- Coordinate with the administrative team regarding interview and meeting scheduling.
