Job Description: Sales Development Representative
100% ONSITE
Responsibilities:
" Product Mastery and Sales:
" Quickly learn and understand our real estate marketing technology products and services.
" Actively engage in the sales process to build relationships with prospective clients, understand their needs, and present appropriate solutions.
" Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team revenue goals.
" Generate sales pipeline through outbound prospecting
" Cultivate and convert inbound leads to one on one demonstrations
" Assist with follow up and assist the Sales Account Executives with lead conversion.
" Strategic Growth:
" Maintain and organize the pipeline
" Provide pipeline reports
" Qualification of inbound and outbound leads
" Customer Relationship Management:
" Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information on leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
" Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or marketing technology industry.
" At least one year experience as a sales development respresentative
" Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
" Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
" Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve performance.
" Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
" Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Skills and Requirements:
" At least 1 year of inside sales development experience.
" 1-3 years experience in SAS pipeline development preferred not required
" CRM.
" Online presentation experience. (Zoom, Teams, GoTo Meeting), preferred but not required.
" Experience with Apple software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
" Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
" Possess excellent organizational skills.
" Be able to work independently and make independent decisions.
" Possess the ability to effectively and tactfully communicate with personnel and customers.
" Have a high level of attention to detail..
" Positive and collaborative spirit.
Schedule:
" 8 hour shift
" Monday to Friday
Ability to pass Background, Drug Screen and if applicable Medical (i.e. Vision, Hearing, or Physical) if Required by Client.
