Reporting to the CEO, you will be an integral part of an entrepreneurial company that is growing organically and through acquisitions. This is your opportunity to shine!!! You will :
- Develop systems for and / or participate in APQP / PPAP activities.
- Develop systems for production's performance with QA standards.
- Maintain Customer Specific Quality System Requirements.
- Develop Quality Assurance training for employees.
- Investigate methods for improving product quality.
- Interface with Program Mgmt., Materials, and Manufacturing.
- Lead IATF initiatives.
- Liaison with external parties (customer & supplier) on matters relating to the quality system.
- Develop, document, and provide for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, production, and quality.
- Develop or revise standard operational and working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with standards.
- Perform Problem-solving Techniques
