Key Responsibilities :
- Representing a diverse range of clients, including publicly and privately held companies, private equity funds, venture capital investors, entrepreneurs, and emerging growth companies.
- Handling venture capital and early-stage financings , mergers and acquisitions , private equity transactions , joint ventures, dispositions, and other sophisticated commercial transactions.
- Providing strategic general corporate counseling to clients across various industries, helping them navigate complex legal challenges.
- Managing all phases of transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactional documents and leading due diligence efforts.
- Collaborating with partners, team members, and clients to deliver high-quality legal solutions.
