Human Resources and Payroll Generalist

We seek a motivated and resourceful individual to join our dynamic team. As part of our company, you will be crucial in supporting HR and payroll functions, streamlining operations, and ensuring a positive employee experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $65,000- $80,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing daily HR and payroll requests with efficiency and accuracy.

• Assist in document tracking and reporting to ensure compliance and organization.

• Manage and support various entries and reporting in company human resources information systems

• Support employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR policies, procedures, and payroll.

• Think outside the box and come up with creative solutions for daily challenges and emerging trends in the workplace.

• Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth HR operations.

• Provide progress and reporting to senior management.

• Assist in new employee onboarding and managing personnel files.

• Data entry in various company human resources and operational systems

Qualifications:

• Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish) with QSR experience.

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.) and/or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

• Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently or within a team.

• Experience in HR functions, including payroll processing, documentation, and reporting, is a plus.

• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is an advantage.

• Experience with iSolved, Talentreef, Dayforce, and eRestaurant is recommended.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a HR Generalist/Payroll Processing, or a similar role in an office environment.

• Team building skills.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
