We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions.
Job Duties
- Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Implement and administer HR programs and policies
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Assist with benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- 3-4 years of strong employee relations experience
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and ATS
- Experience with change management initiatives
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of workers compensation, FMLA, and other HR-related areas is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
