Seaside Mulch is hiring a customer service/sales associate to perform and assist with the following tasks:
- Engaging and assisting customers in-person and on the phone
- Communicate with customers, drivers, and vendors
- Answering phones
- Confirming deliveries by calling customers
- Data entry
- Weigh trucks in/out
- Ring up customer transactions
- Document trucks and vendors entering and leaving the facility
- Use radio to call operators to load and unload trucks
- Check the accuracy of inbound and outbound shipments
- Support company leadership
- Schedule deliveries for customers
- Gathering accurate information
- Assist with accounting, receiving, inventory and purchasing
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and files
- Updating account information
- Setting up customer accounts
- Helping customers determine the correct product and amount needed for their project
- Assisting with other tasks as assigned by company management
Qualifications/Skills:
- computer skills - strong knowledge of Excel; Quick Books experience a plus; POS experience a plus

- understand, follow, and enforce safety policies

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
