Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. Seaside Vacations manages more than 250 vacation homes in OCMD.
This role requires a strong understanding of the maintenance role, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Duties
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on homes and condos.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues with appliances and other household items
- Change Air Filters and perform minor repairs in homes.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge with experience in maintenance or related fields.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Previous supervisory experience is advantageous but not required.
- A commitment to safety protocols and best practices in maintenance work.
- Must have valid drivers license and own transportation.
- Must be available weekends.

Pay: $19.50 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
