THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a full time Landscape Construction Design Sales Account Manager to manage leads and achieve sales goals. The best part about Seasonal Landscape Solutions is that the leads will be automatically generated to you. No designing needed as we have our own in-house designers and Architects, which allows the Sales Account Manager more time to really focus on closing the sales leads.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve sales goals
- Generate estimates by working with our landscape estimator and the landscape designer
- Obtain price approval from the Sales Manager, present and close sales
- Manage Leads from sale to completion.
- Work with design/build team on customer options and selections.
- Provide customer service from beginning to end of project
- Site quality management and reviews with Field Managers to ensure budget and quality control
- Represent Seasonal Landscape Solutions values and vision
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Preferred 5 years of experience in Landscape Design Build Sales and Sales experience
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Google Suite and Excel
- Ability to learn LMN software via video training and in house training sessions
- Minimum of Associates/ Bachelor's degree preferred
- Able to communicate in a professional and courteous manner with customers and staff
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment to ensure high level of customer service
