About The Position?

Service Manager will perform various management duties as it relates to inground swimming pool service and warranty work that is performed by Seasonal World. Service Manager will be responsible for the direct supervision of multiple field service technicians and crews, various subcontractors and internal service coordinators. Duties include, but are not limited to creating and maintaining daily/weekly schedules for technicians, managing the collection of follow up details from team members to insure the successful close out of service calls that are performed by Seasonal World and also manage warranty claims from an internal and external standpoint.

Service Manager daily duties will also include assisting in fielding telephone calls, creating, managing and closing out reports for various services performed by Seasonal World, addressing all client complaints and concerns as they arise, and conduct quality assurance follow up (where applicable).

The ideal person for this position should have strong customer service skills, and experience with managing in home, technical service work. Ideal person should also be highly motivated, self-directed, enthusiastic with a sharp mind who works well under pressure, plays nice with others and can thrive in an atmosphere of rapid development and a fast pace. Most important this ideal person should strive to make everyone they interact with a client for life whilegaining a sense of accomplishmentwhendoing so.

What Are We Looking For In A Service & Warranty Manager?

• Previous service management experience, preference to those who have similar industry experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience doing scheduling for a team of Technicians.
• Ability to be adaptive, versatile and have strong communication skills (written and spoken).
• Self-starter, able to work with limited supervision, take directions well, and able to plan, prioritize, and organize workload for maximum productivity.
• Be able to multi-task.
• Ability to learn tasks quickly and efficiently.
