- Develop and implement educational curricula for residents
- Oversee the clinical training of residents
- Evaluate residents' performance and provide feedback
- Serve as a mentor and advisor to residents
- Participate in research and scholarly activities
- Collaborate with other medical directors and department chairs
- MD degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification in Family Medicine and Internal Medicine
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical practice
- Experience in medical education
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
