What You’ll Do:
- Deliver medications and administer IVs while meticulously documenting patients’ treatment plans.
- Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions, ensuring they receive the highest level of care.
- Respond compassionately to patients’ needs and provide tailored assistance.
- Record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse, to keep patients’ health on track.
- Provide essential care, including wound dressing, massage, catheterization, and more.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, and implement patient interventions.
- Set up and utilize life-enhancing medical equipment, from oxygen supplies to tracheotomy tubes.
- Track and document patients’ food and fluid intake and output to ensure their well-being.
