Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented UX Designer to craft intuitive, user-centered interfaces across our digital platforms. In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including Designers, Engineers, Content Strategists, and Product Managers—to enhance the online booking experience, in-room digital interactions, and overall guest engagement. Your work will directly impact how our guests connect with our brand, ensuring a smooth and delightful journey from discovery to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

• User-Centered Design: Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for our website, mobile apps, and in-room digital experiences, ensuring designs meet the diverse needs of our guests.
• Collaborative Innovation: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and guest needs, refining design solutions based on user research, feedback, and data analysis.
• Design Systems & Visual Consistency: Create and maintain a scalable design system that reflects the Seasons brand’s visual identity and elevates guest interactions across all digital touchpoints.
• User Research & Testing: Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and A/B testing to gather insights, validate design decisions, and continuously improve the guest experience.
• Technical & Strategic Engagement: Engage in technical discussions with developers and strategic sessions with product managers to ensure design solutions are feasible, aligned with brand strategy, and drive business outcomes.
• Accessibility & Inclusivity: Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards and accessibility guidelines, delivering an inclusive digital experience for every guest.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in UX or product design with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes and measurable improvements in user satisfaction.
• Proven experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to design complex, data-driven applications.
• Expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and developing design systems.
• Exceptional visual design skills with keen attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics that align with a luxury hospitality brand.
• Ability to conduct technical discussions with engineers and articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry or designing for customer-centric brands is a plus.
