Requirements
- A masters or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, marriage & family therapy, or social work from an accredited program.
- An active and unrestricted clinical license in Florida (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD).
- Proven clinical acumen and competency in outpatient psychotherapy.
- High level of professionalism.
- Outstanding interpersonal and written / verbal communication skills.
- Ability to serve children, adolescents, and couples.
- Capacity to respect diversity and incorporate cultural issues into case conceptualizations.
- Compliance with clinical documentation standards and best professional practices.
- Ability to make decisive interventions to ensure patient safety when necessary.
