Requirements
- A master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, marriage & family therapy, or social work from an accredited program.
- An active and unrestricted clinical license in Florida (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD).
- Proven clinical acumen and competency in outpatient psychotherapy.
- High level of professionalism.
- Outstanding interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to serve children, adolescents, and couples.
- Capacity to respect diversity and incorporate cultural issues into case conceptualizations.
- Compliance with clinical documentation standards and best professional practices.
- Ability to make decisive interventions to ensure patient safety when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Experience managing a full outpatient caseload.
- Flexibility in work schedule.
- Leadership experience.
- Capability to be a Qualified Supervisor.
Work Expectations and Benefits
- Part-time Clinicians: See 12 clients per week with a hybrid work schedule (partial in-person and telehealth).
- Full-time Clinicians: See 24 clients per week and participate in our benefits plan, including 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- One afternoon/evening shift in office expected.
