Role Description
The Event Coordinator will support the Events Department in the planning, coordination, and execution of events at Seaspice. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in event planning and hospitality in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in event planning, hospitality, and the culinary industry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and event management software is a plus.
- Ability to lift light objects and perform on-site event tasks (setting up decor, assisting with catering, etc.).
