Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist (On-Site)

We are looking for a Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist capable of thriving in our fast-paced Houston facility. 

Responsibilities include:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives

- Manage and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings and user experience (SEO)

- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms

- Manage company website and social media accounts 

- Create engaging content to increase brand awareness

- Analyze and report on digital marketing performance, using data to inform future strategies

- Regularly assess existing content, identifying gaps and opportunities

- Coordinate and execute trade show marketing initiatives, including booth design and promotional materials

- Create and manage promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and giveaways

- Analyze and report on the success of trade show marketing campaigns

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

- 3-5years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on trade shows and websites

- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising

- Proficiency in social media management and content creation

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Effective and consistent communication skills and comfortability interacting with diverse teams.
