AVAILABLE BEFORE 5/1/2025

With over 70 years of history, Seats Incorporated is offering an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for steady work with growth potential!

The production assembler plays a crucial role in our production line, ensuring that products are assembled properly and meet quality standards. We are looking for highly motivated individuals that are capable of working as part of a team consisting of 10-12 employees.

Production Assemblers are expected to work in a timely and precise manner and adhere to strict, but reasonable safety, quality, and production standards. An attention to detail, mechanical ability, and ability to follow procedures will help maintain smooth operations and uphold our commitment to product excellence.

Production Assemblers are expected to have excellent attendance, as it is essential for meeting production goals, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining quality standards. When employees are absent, it can lead to delays, increased pressure on others, and potentially lower-quality products.

If you are a reliable self-starter with a positive attitude and want to work in a small family like company environment, we want to hear from you.
