The Inventory Consultant is a key customer-facing strategy and sales role for the IronConnect team.
This position requires exceptional relationship management skills, strategic planning ability,
effective time management skills, and outstanding communication. The primary functions of this role are to optimize site engagement and utilization of the platform to drive renewals, as well as
identifying upsell opportunities as new products/technology are rolled out. This role will build
and maintain relationships with our existing clients to maximize the growth of IronConnect’s
software and services revenue within all existing customer accounts.

Responsibilities
The Inventory Consultant is responsible for site engagement, platform utilization, and upselling

- Deepen relationships with existing accounts, ensuring site engagement and utilization, to drive
- Develop relationships with new prospects and generate new business to meet and exceed revenue
- Strategize with sales team to segment customer base and identify likely upsell opportunities for
- Work in a collaborative manner within the entire IronConnect sales team and communicate with
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS from accredited university or equivalent business experience.
- 1 years of Sales or Client Support/Relations experience, preferably in a software (SaaS)
- Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong,
- Have both the sales skills and technical knowledge to make presentations and lead customer
- Need to be able to successfully navigate complex organizations and close incremental
- Competitive spirit and ability to thrive in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem solver to help prospects solve their business needs.
