My client is a quickly growing, well-established general contractor specializing in commercial and residential construction projects . With a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship and timely project execution, they are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join their growing team.
While they are a young company established in the last year, they have quickly grown with $60M in projects already; explaining the urgent need to add an experienced superintendent to the team ASAP! The leadership team brings decades of experience from the insurance and healthcare spaces with large networks in WA, NM, ID, and CO and plans to start expanding across those states.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on multiple job sites, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors and on-site teams to maintain efficiency.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Troubleshoot issues , resolve project delays, and maintain open communication with Project Managers.
- Ensure safety protocols are enforced at all job sites.
- Maintain project documentation and daily site logs.
