Experienced employer seeking a rockstar nanny for their 2-year-old daughter and baby number two, arriving in April. As a member of the team you will take on family management, parent assistant duties, and household help, in addition to providing excellent care for the toddler and new baby. Toddler is an active, curious two-year-old who is at a turning point in her development. A nanny who can encourage her growth through structured play, learning activities, and exploration will be amazing.
This family values routine, and planning days that are well-organized. The role involves toddler care, including engaging in developmental activities and ensuring regular physical activity through walks, trips to nearby parks, and outdoor exploration. Once the baby arrives, they would like help with light infant duties as well. Additional assistance with family management tasks, such as scheduling appointments, meal prep, and running errands, as well as light housework like tidying up, laundry, and dishes.
There is also have a medium-sized, very friendly dog who would love daily walks. The ideal candidate will have experience as a nanny or in a similar family assistant role, ideally with toddlers and newborns, and should be comfortable taking a proactive approach in managing the family’s day-to-day needs. The nanny should be energetic, reliable, nurturing, and genuinely interested in child development, as well as loving animals and outdoor activities.
The position offers competitive pay of $35-40/hour, a fun, supportive family environment, and the use of a nanny car for work-related transportation.
