POSITION OVERVIEW
As an Aesthetic and Regenerative Medicine Specialist, you will play a key role in helping patients achieve their aesthetic, wellness, and weight loss goals. You will administer injectables, PRP therapy, bioidentical hormone therapy, medical weight loss programs, and skin rejuvenation procedures, while providing expert guidance on anti-aging and regenerative treatments. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a cutting-edge field, using science-backed, non-surgical treatments to help patients look and feel their best.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Perform aesthetic and regenerative treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, PRP injections, and skin rejuvenation procedures
✅ Administer and manage bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) under physician supervision
✅ Conduct patient consultations, assess needs, and develop customized treatment plans
✅ Oversee and manage medical weight loss programs, including prescribing weight loss medications, lifestyle coaching, and metabolic optimization
✅ Provide advanced skin care treatments, such as microneedling, PRP facials, and other regenerative procedures
✅ Educate patients on aesthetic procedures, anti-aging strategies, regenerative medicine, and medical weight loss
✅ Ensure patient safety, satisfaction, and adherence to medical protocols
✅ Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine, regenerative treatments, and weight loss solutions
✅ Collaborate with the medical team to optimize patient outcomes and enhance treatment offerings
QUALIFICATIONS
✔️ Licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Washington
✔️ 2 years of experience in aesthetic medicine, injectables, and skin care treatments
✔️ Proficiency in administering Botox, dermal fillers, PRP, and other non-surgical aesthetic procedures
✔️ Experience or interest in medical weight loss management, including prescription-based weight loss programs
✔️ Knowledge of hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), regenerative medicine, and skin rejuvenation is a plus
✔️ Strong consultation skills and a patient-centered approach
✔️ Passion for aesthetic, regenerative medicine, and medical weight loss, with a commitment to ongoing education and innovation
