POSITION SUM

MARYThe Senior Manager of Matchday Experiences oversees the planning and execution of matchday experiences and events for Sounders FC and Reign FC, as well as private and special club events. This role requires a creative, detail-oriented, and organized leader capable of innovative thinking to bring event plans for both small-scale and large-scale events to fruition that drive organizational outco



mes.

The role includes managing a team of two full-time Coordinators, part-time seasonal resources, and external vendors. The ideal candidate will excel in leading diverse teams, ensuring alignment with the club’s brand, mission, and goals. They will work collaboratively across departments, including Marketing, Ticket Sales and Service, Corporate Partnerships, RAVE Foundation, Fan Development and Impact, and People and Culture, to produce impactful events that drive business out



comes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSI

  • xecutionIn conjunction with Director of Fan Engagement, oversee matchday experience strategy and vision for Sounders FC and Reign FC; incorporate fan feedback and insights to drive fan experience and organizational o
  • utcomes.Oversee the execution of the matchday experience and identify fan experience efficiencies for Sounders FC and Reign FC matchdays which could include pre-match experiences, meet and greets, concerts, fan zo

  • ination.Manage vendor relationships by overseeing load-in/out schedules, rental orders, and event floorplans for all act

WORK

  • ENVIRONMENT This role requires regular on-site presence at our Headquarters & Training Facility in Renton, WA and at Reign FC and Sounders FC matches at Lumen Field, as part of a hybrid work
