As a Support Services Associate I, you will beresponsible for maintaining and overseeing the safety, maintenance, and cleanliness of the Men's Recovery Program. This is accomplished by overseeing the RP Intern, Clerks, and the RP Work Therapy program.
Starting Pay : $20.89
The above pay range is a guideline. For candidates who meet the qualifications of the job, the Mission's Compensation Philosophy is to target the 40th - 50th percentile of the range. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final pay rate to be offered. Factors include (but are not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training as well as internal equity, market and other business considerations.
Schedule : Monday - Friday 6 : 30 am to 3 : 00 pm.
How you will serve
- Due to the sensitive nature of these essential job duties, we are only able to consider females for this position.
- Perform janitorial duties, including duties left over from a different shift.
- Assess and record safety hazards and maintenance needs.
- Perform random and frequent walks through the entire interior of the building. Record evening report in the staff log at the end of each shift. Handle issues that may arise with individuals during an overnight night sift.
- Do occasional room checks or searches as needed.
- Assist with a variety of administrative duties.
- Act as backup to Guest Services by performing Breathalyzer tests and Urine Analysis drug screens for individuals entering the building after curfew or returning from the hospital.
- Handle office telephones and monitor incoming persons.
- Record and organize messages for clients and staff.
- Provide referrals for callers when necessary

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time in a temperature-controlled environment. Occasionally stand, balance, twist, stoop, kneel and reach with Job Description hands / arms. Occasionally lifts up to 20 pounds and walks uses stairways to climb to multiple floors within the company. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
