The Community Engagement Coordinator will support the mission of the team and Community Engagement. Under the direction of the Managing Director of Community Engagement, the Coordinator will execute and provide support for a variety of community initiatives.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The hourly rate range for this position is: $26.00 - $32.00.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
- Support community efforts in the Youth Empowerment area of focus including educational programs, character development, mentorship, encouragement and physical activity programs
- Execute programs and initiatives including, but not limited to, Game Changers, Play 60, 12 Pages Reading, School Visits and Back to School Blitz, partnering with others in the department as needed
- Work closely with the Corporate Partnership department on youth programs where a partner is involved, ensuring the community program adds value to partnership, examples include AWS, BECU, PEMCO, Virginia Mason Franciscan Health and more
- Build and develop relationships with external community and non-profit partners to build brand equity and understand the needs of our community within the youth space as well as those serving BIPOC, Hispanic, AANHPI, LGBTQ and physical and neuro diverse communities
- Support community efforts in Social Justice including advocating for historically marginalized communities, fighting for racial equality and amplifying the voices of non-profit organizations working in social justice
- Build monthly recognition programs for AANHPI Heritage Month, Black History Month, Pride Month, Native American Heritage and Hispanic Heritage Month
- Lead Social Justice community programs including Inspire Change and Voter Engagement, identifying community needs and building programs to support Social Justice efforts
- Manage Play 60 and Social Justice NFL grants, identifying recipients and building a content plan to raise awareness for the organizations
- Host 12 Suite on Gameday, coordinating with fan winners and internal departments including Legal, Catering, Marketing and more
- Ensure all programs and events are being tracked in CRM in a timely manner
- Work closely with Marketing to build out and create content and coverage plans in Wrike (project management software) for Community events and programs
- Closely monitor your programs and events to ensure expenses fit within allocated budget, tracking expenses on a regular basis in community budget
- Support other Community programs and events and handle special requests and projects, as assigned

- One to two years of event and/or community program experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
- Very strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage changing priorities in a dynamic, high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to different environments and working cultures
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and creatively solve day-to-day challenges
- Excellent computer skills - master of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Dynamics CRM, Tableau and Wrike preferred but not required
