SUMMARY
This position supports all elements of Game Presentation. Responsibilities include brainstorming ideas, creating new activations, writing scripts, executing elements on the field/around the stadium on gamedays and at Seahawks events and assisting with various aspects of the production process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist with the planning, staffing, brainstorming and execution of enhancing fan-centric events and the overall gameday experience for the 12s
- Host pregame and halftime groups and work as a Field Manager to execute in-game elements
- Responsible for sourcing and booking pregame bands and entertainment elements for gamedays
- Responsible for booking travel as needed and coordinating logistics for entertainment guests on gamedays
- Organize and distribute entertainer tickets/parking
- Maintain relationships with key vendors including A/V, staging, lighting and transportation
- Work closely with other departments, specifically Corporate Partnerships to update production content calendars and ensure timely delivery of necessary elements
- Responsible for updating documents and information for gamedays, coordinating with stadium event managers, security and others as appropriate
- Help maintain department props and equipment as it relates to gamedays and other events
- Support Seahawks Dancers, Blue Thunder, Flag Runners and Mascot initiatives and projects as requested
- Assist with the writing of PA Announcer and Host scripts
- Researching new artists/talent/music and staying up to date on pop-culture/social media trends
- Help with the planning/executing of Touchdown City, Muckleshoot Plaza and stadium concourse pre-game activations

- Be currently enrolled as a junior, senior or recent graduate (within 6 months) from a college or university. Graduate school students are eligible to apply as well
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with Adobe Premiere and/or After Effects is a plus

TIMEFRAME

- This position works 40 hours per week on average
- Be currently enrolled as a junior, senior or recent graduate (within 6 months) from a college or university. Graduate school students are eligible
- Have authorization to work in the United States
- Be able to work 40 hours per week as well as game day/nights, weekends and other various events
