SUMMARY
Assist and collaborate with the Ticketing, Premium and Suites Departments’ daily tasks, season-long projects and gameday service and hospitality initiatives. Focus on the season ticket holder and premium seat holder experience through interaction with fans, supporting all sales and customer service efforts, execution of events and gameday experiences. This proactive individual needs to be a strong communicator and multi-tasker.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Maintain a consistent focus on customer service to foster a positive fan experience and exceed expectations for all fans, Season Ticket Holders, Blue Pride Members, Club Ticket Holders, Suite Owners and their guests
  • Responsible for daily customer service responses and referring or solving complaints
  • Generate a solid understanding of Archtics ticketing system to provide service, assist with fulfilling ticket requests and sending receipts directly to clients
  • Support fulfillment of player and coach ticket orders, additional ticket requests and passes
  • Educate fans on how to access and manage mobile tickets
  • Enter all customer sales and service data into CRM system and provide analysis and research upon request
  • Attend and provide service at gamedays and other special events that can include evening and weekend work
  • Gameday responsibilities include Box Office customer service, supporting premium service activations on the Club and Suite levels, and hosting pregame and postgame experience guests
  • Assist in coordination and execution of Season Ticket Holder engagement events and experiences
  • Be informed and communicate both positive and negative feedback internally to help support our fans first culture
  • Contribute to customer service, sales and ticket operations processes as assigned

  • Be currently enrolled as a junior, senior or recent graduate (within 6 months) from a college or university. Graduate school students are eligible to apply as well
  • Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail and completion of task
  • Must have strong verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate professionally with ticket holders and fans via phone or in person
  • Must have strong writing capabilities
  • Ability to maintain and present a professional image
  • Ability to multi-task, while keeping a calm demeanor in a fast paced environment
  • Advanced oral and written communication skills

  • The employee may need to lift 10 pounds or more
  • At times, this job may require many hours of sitting, standing and walking including events and on gameday
  • Able to move about Virginia Mason Athletic Center and Lumen Field
  • Capable of walking substantial distances to traverse Lumen Field on gamedays
WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Indoor and outdoor work within Virginia Mason Athletic Center and Lumen Field
  • Weekend and evening work required
  • Flexible work hours (based on home game schedule and special events)
  • Ability to drive between Lumen Field and the Virginia Mason Athletic Center and other local destinations as needed
TIMEFRAME
  • July 2025 – End of January 2026
  • This position works 30 hours per week on average
APPLICANT MUST
  • Be currently enrolled as a senior or recent graduate (within 6 months) from a college or university. Graduate school students are eligible
  • Have authorization to work in the United States
  • Be able to work 30 hours per week as well as game day/nights, weekends and other various events

All internships are hourly, paid positions. Interns are responsible for their own housing, travel, and relocation expenses. A background check will be conducted prior to employment start date.

The hourly rate for this position is: $22.75.
