SUMMARY
Assist and collaborate with the Premium Ticket Sales & Service Departments’ daily tasks and season-long projects. This position will focus on the premium seat holder experience through interaction with fans, supporting all sales and customer service efforts, execution of events and gameday hospitality. This proactive individual needs to be a strong communicator and multi-tasker.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Maintain a consistent focus on customer service to foster a positive fan experience and exceed expectations for all Premium guests
- Assist in coordination and execution of Seahawks annual events including Training Camp, Suite Owner Kickoff Lunch, Holiday Parties and more
- Gameday responsibilities include preparing suites, coordinating and leading Seahawks Legend and Hawk suite visits and assisting with club activations
- Serve as the gameday host in the EQC Tunnel Club with 185 guests each game
- Manage the Premium Service email and customer service resolutions including inbound and outbound communication via phone, email and text-message
- Become fully educated in the mobile ticket process to assist with fulfillment and customer service questions remotely via phone and in person on gamedays
- Communicate both positive and negative feedback to the Premium Service Manager to help support our Fans First Culture. Provide necessary information both internally and externally to help convert into sales and determine appropriate resolutions for customer service issues
- Assist in fulfillment of Field Seat onboarding packages, single game suite onboarding, additional ticket requests and club passes
- Generate a solid understanding of Archtics ticketing system to assist with fulfilling ticket requests and customer service resolutions
- Enter customer, sales and service data into CRM system to maintain current and consistent database
- Manage EQC Tunnel Club Facebook group with gameday information, team updates, content creation and interaction
- General office duties including mailings, filing, etc.

- Be currently enrolled as a junior, senior or recent graduate (within 6 months) from a college or university. Graduate school students are eligible to apply as well
- Must have strong verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate professionally with ticket holders and suite owners via phone or in person
- Must have strong writing capabilities
- Ability to maintain and present a professional image
- Ability to multi-task, while keeping a calm demeanor in a fast paced environment
- Advanced oral and written communication skills
