POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager, Fan Acquisition is focused on driving acquisition at the top of the funnel for both brands, Seattle Sounders FC and Seattle Reign FC. This role has ownership over ticketing campaigns going to market to non-season ticket holders and is focused on creating demand for single match tickets, season memberships and delivering qualified leads to our ticketing team. This role is pivotal in shaping strategies and initiatives through the effective use of data, analytics, and technology solutions. This role works hand in hand with our paid marketing manager to creatively bring to market campaigns and drive top and middle of funnel movement.
The Marketing Manager, Fan Acquisition will also be tasked with building, scaling, and automating programs through use of tooling and technology while working closely with the BI team to operationalize the process of bringing campaigns to market. This role is also key in working in conjunction with our Corporate Partnership team to bring to market creative activations and partnerships that drive new fan acquisition.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Execution :
- Responsible for developing and executing email campaigns to drive new lead engagement, nurture leads, and optimize conversion rates
- Create and implement multi-channel campaigns to generate new leads
- Management of campaigns and products in market that align with key fan personas
- Ownership over influencing single match ticket sales, promotions, and packages that go to market to influence new fan acquisition

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000. Base pay at time of offer will take into account job-related knowledge, skills and experience required for the role, internal equity and market.
