Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients, real estate agents, and fellow team members to understand the goals and requirements of each staging project.
- Develop and execute staging plans that align with the property's target market and style, utilizing furniture, decor, and accessories.
- Source and select appropriate furnishings and decor items from our inventory or external sources to complement the property's architecture and design.
- Arrange and style furniture, art, and accessories to maximize the visual appeal and functionality of each space.
- Apply your creativity to highlight the property's strengths and downplay any weaknesses.
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory of staging items and ensure their proper care and storage.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and real estate market developments to provide fresh and relevant staging solutions.
- Collaborate with photographers to capture high-quality images of staged properties for marketing materials.
- Maintain open communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in home staging, interior design, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, spatial layouts, and furniture arrangement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work within budget and time constraints.
